Title: Digital channel planning analyst rn Location: Austin, TX 78727 rn Duration: 6 Months + rn ******** rn rn We are seeking a digital channel planning analyst to run the day-to-day management of the digital product and programs team, including creation of work plans, roadmaps, progress tracking, budget, staffing, leadership updates and presentations, team communications etc. Candidates who have an eye for data and analytics are highly desirable. rn rn Roles & responsibilities rn rn* Develop the structure to track annual team goals, deliverables and roadmaps rn* Drive annual planning process with the team rn* Build and run cadence for team meetings, communications and leadership updates rn* Develop presentations and required communications rn* Plan and manage teams' opex and capex plans rn* Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions as required rn* Provide ad-hoc support on projects small to large scale rn* Additional responsibilities as periodically assigned rn Requirements rn rn* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) rn* Background in eCommerce and strategic consulting preferred rn* Demonstrated ability to be entrepreneurial and a self-starter rn* Ability to story tell and develop executive presentations rn* Advanced understanding and usage of Keynote (or equivalent) rn* Ability to multitask and understand how to prioritize tasks based on importance vs. immediacy rn* High EQ and strong interpersonal skills rn* Ability to formulate budgets and financial models rn* Comfortable working in time-sensitive and rapidly evolving situations rn* High tolerance for ambiguity and complexity, while being efficient with limited resources rn* Level of attention to detail that is second to none rn* Excellent oral and written communication skills rn Skills: rn MacOS & iOS rn rn Education: rn Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred. rn rn Required Skills: rn MARKET RESEARCH rn FINANCIAL MODELING rn PRESENTATION SKILLS rn ECOMMERCE
