Our Website: https://365wildlifeandpestcontrol.com/The Successful Candidate Will...Have existing knowledge of selling trapping and pest control techniques for homes and other structuresBe able to perform basic trapping and wildlife removal techniquesHave the ability to present solutions to potential customers and ask for their businessProvide high quality and productive service in a timely manner that meets or exceeds our customer promiseHave a working smart phone and vehicle (with ladders) so that they can performed workHave a basic understanding of scheduling and workflow applications for wildlife/pest control.Communicate (verbal and written) with customers to ensure a high degree of customer service and satisfactionA keen understanding of how to present themselves in a professional manner.Candidates must be physically capable of safely performing the following job duties:Safely use a ladder according to the manufacturer's guidelinesLift and carry up to 50 lbsAccess crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.Work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust not be afraid of heights and working on roofsWork with animalsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma (required); four-year degree (preferred) in wildlife management, agriculture, biology, environmental and animal sciences, entomology, herpetology, forestry, business, marketing, range management, or salesMilitary or job-related experience also acceptedAdditional Requirements:Clean driving recordSuccessful completion of a background checkWhat You'll Need:A working smart phoneBasic toolsVehicleWhat We Provide:Traps, materials, and suppliesLadders (if needed)Comprehensive trainingCompany vehicle may be available after successful completion of 90 day probational period.Preferred Skills and Behaviors:Sales aptitude/experienceConstruction/carpentry/maintenance person skillsMotivated by monetary rewardsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against employees or applicants based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law.What We Offer:Competitive compensation: $12+/hour plus commissionWarm leads provided - no door knocking required!Excellent career growth potentialDon't miss this opportunity to join our team and make a positive impact on the environment and our community.
