As our Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites. You will collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into engaging digital experiences. If you have a passion for web design and the ability to bring ideas to life, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Design and develop visually appealing websites using Webflow and other web platforms- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and requirements- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal viewing experience across different devices- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements- Conduct website maintenance tasks such as updating content, fixing bugs, and optimizing performance- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and developmentQualifications:- Proven work experience as a Web Designer or similar role- Strong proficiency in Adobe suite, Webflow (or similar), and other related design tools- Solid understanding of interaction design principles and best practices- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages- Experience with Google Workspace or other Google platforms is a plus- Experience with Wix is a plus- Experience with videography or photography is a plus- Knowledge of graphic design principles is preferred- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsWe offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth.
