The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including supervising warehouse associates, overseeing daily operations, fulfilling orders, organizing and maintaining inventory, receiving inventory, quality control, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong warehouse background and excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Some computer knowledge or the ability to learn would be preferred.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the operation of the warehouse including but not limited to:Supervise warehouse associates and oversee daily operations.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.Accurately Load and unload inbound shipments in a safe and timely manner using forklift, pallet jack, and/or manual labor.Accurately maintain and complete paperwork.Receiving and Recording new Inventory as it is delivered. Inspect and store the inventory according to standard operating procedures. Ensure all new inventory meets our requirements, and track the weight/dimensions of all inbound products.Conduct and compare inventory counts to computerized inventory to maintain 100% accuracy.Ensure all stock is in the correct locations in the warehouse.Print Orders and Enter necessary information into an Excel SheetCreate and organize Shipping LabelsOverseeing Orders and conducting quality control checks on outbound shipments.Read and understand emails/tickets and relay the information to the manager.Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.Adhere to and enforce safety policies and regulationsTracking SuppliesAbility to lift 50 lbs.Moving products within the warehouse facility using Hand Truck Dolly, Pallet Jack, or forklift.REQUIRED SKILLS:Must have reliable transportation and maintain a good attendance recordMust have excellent math and counting skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skillsMust have excellent attention to detailMust have previous warehouse supervising experience, shipping, receiving, inventory managementMust have Computer knowledge, creating labels, using printers and scanning, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite - knowledge of Excel and Google SheetsData entry skillsFamiliarity with warehouse management software or the ability to learnOrganization skills, time management, ability to multitask, Problem SolvingAdaptable, Cooperative, Responsible, Diligent, Attention to DetailJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 35 40 per weekPayment frequency: Paid biweekly Schedule: 8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to Friday Experience: Warehouse: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) License/Certification: Forklift Certification (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Las Vegas, NV 89115 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Las Vegas, NV 89115: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
