Take charge of crafting the strategic direction and advancing the evolution of our core payment and data product lineup. Harnessing Trustly’s cutting-edge Open Banking platform and other key resources, you'll lead the charge in delivering innovative bank-initiated payment and data solutions. Join us in shaping the future of fintech!WHAT YOU'LL DOUnderstand and monitor industry trends and competitive landscapeOwn roadmap and requirements for the Data and Payment productsWork with engineering leaders to ensure delivery of quality products according to defined timelinesEnsure that product development and rollout considers the full SDLC considerations, including compliance, support readiness, monitoring, and analyticsDefine and evangelize best-in-class products for the enterprise merchant spaceManage relationships with key merchants on product needs, and train our internal customer success team and external distribution partnersWork collaboratively with internal cross functional leaders to support the full product lifecycleBe a player/coach and act as the primary business point of contact for your designated portfolio of productsBe a hands-on, motivational leader supporting your team in their performance and growth within TrustlyUse data analytics to assess product performance and evaluate impact of new products and features to assess prioritizationWHO YOU ARE15+ years of product management or related experience Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree (MBA, MA or MS) preferredExtensive experience in conceptualizing, defining and creating best in class payment and data productsExperience in FinTech / online payments space, ideally in paymentsAn obsession with delighting usersAbility to apply product design and prioritization frameworks, as well as metrics into the design and decision-making processAdept at working in the details and steering strategic initiativesAbility to prioritize and make mission-critical decisions with limited informationAdept in Agile development methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skills Effective cross-functional leader Experience working in a fast-moving startup Experience defining and operationalizing processes Applications for this role are accepted on an ongoing basis.SALARY RANGES IN US-BASED ROLE POSTINGOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
