Soundcheck has been in Business for 14 years and has matured into a large music lesson facility. We have a great community and are looking for the right candidate to help us in grow in the future.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for providing educational and developmental support to students of various age groups. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals through teaching and mentorship.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each student- Provide instruction in music, music theory, site reading, and performance- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student growth and development- Utilize effective teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement- Collaborate with parents, and other professionals to ensure the development of each student- Stay up-to-date with best practices in order to continuously enhance teaching methodsSkills:- Strong knowledge and experience in piano, voice, and band performances.- Ability to effectively work with students of different ages and backgrounds- create a positive learning environment- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan lessons and manage classroom activities- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of studentsIf you are passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply for this position.
