Toronto Animal Hospital is looking to add to our energetic and motivated reception team!Responsibilities:Neo Idexx Software.Multiple phone lines.Emails, follow-up calls, and scanning duties.Downloading and attaching medical records, rad reports, etc.The ability to multi-task is a must!Flexible schedule.Able to work in a fast-paced environment.Requirements:Ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent organization skills, time management, and multitasking abilities.Personable, empathic disposition.Each receptionist is required to work at least one weekend day.Works/communicates well with other employees and management team.We look forward to hearing from you,Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shift
