Job offers differential pay based off shift and initial internal training to boost and elevate personnels security/site knowledge.Conduct regular walking patrols of assigned areas to identify and report any identified security and safety concerns.The ability to remain calm, solve problems, and act effectively in a critical situation.Monitor and control access points, checking identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting premises.Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and incidents following established procedures.Maintain precise and detailed logs documenting activities, incidents, and notable observations, facilitating comprehensive reporting and analysis for enhanced security measures.Deliver exceptional customer service by actively assisting and addressing inquiries or concerns from visitors, employees, or clients, cultivating a positive and secure environment.Ability to enforce property rules as set by the client in a non-confrontational way.
