To continue to advance towards zero loss in the pharma supply chain, worldwide.If you're a UI/ UX Designer with a versatile and detail-oriented approach who excels in creating comprehensive visual design languages, crafting user-centered experiences, advocating for usability, and continuously improving design processes through collaboration and user research - this could be the role for you:Here's what you'll do: Develop a Design System, visual design language with well-defined core design principles, maintain design documentation, such as style guides, design specifications Create all components for Experience Design (buttons, dialogs, dropdowns, images, input fields, labels etc.) Create and maintain well-detailed digital assets (colours, fonts, etc. ), contribute to information architecture, construct detailed workflow supported with visual artefacts Apply responsive design principles when creating interfaces that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and prepare ready-for development visual specifications. Create user-centered visual designs for solutions that meet business and technical requirements Advocate for the end user, ensuring that user experience and usability are central to the design process Evaluate and suggest improvements to design processes and methodologies Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on peers' work and provide design oversight across products Contribute to best UI/UX practices and standards for the organization Coordinate with other designers across products Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams Create, present and validate personae, develop user journeys based on user interviews, "Job to be done" and research to understand and address pain points, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience across various touchpoints Conduct user research and testing to understand user needs, goals, behaviour, preferences and pain points Plan and conduct usability testing and user research sessions RequirementsThis is what you'll need: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects Proficiency in one or more UX design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma) Strong understanding of visual design principles and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams Experience in conducting user research and usability testing Knowledge of current UX/UI best practices and web accessibility standards Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces Creative problem-solving skills and a user-centered design approach Familiarity with front-end libraries (React), development practices and languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript) would be a plus Strong specification skills Language: English BenefitsWhat we can offer you: Remote working Flexible working hours for work/life balance Interdisciplinary and varied projects Diverse and global work culture/ environment Possibility to work for an environmentally conscious company Unique opportunity to actively shape processes Why SkyCell:We are looking for people who challenge the status quo and thrive on making a difference to people and the world around us.
