College Students looking for part time workWorking Schedule:1. Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3:00 PM - 8:15 PM (In the beginning, you will not be scheduled for all 4 days.)Your end time may vary depending on the day's of workload.2. Possibility of Saturday shift 9:45AM -1:30 PM3. Because we work with students, we are ONLY looking for LONG TERM candidates. Students thrive with consistency and familiarity. It is not fair to students who have teachers that come and go within just a few months.Teaching Assistant - Responsibilities:1. Work alongside with instructor on how to teach students2. Working with 1-6 students at a time for 30 and 45 minute increments.3. Learning from the instructor how to lesson plan.4. Learn how to prepare lesson plan worksheets for students.5. Write detailed reports on students' progressTeaching Assistant - Must Have Qualities:1. Love working with kids2. Passion3. Positive & Outgoing4. Able to follow directions5.
