Teacher Assistant

Responsibilities:- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities- Provide support and guidance to children- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children- Collaborate with the lead teacher to develop and implement lesson plans that align with educational goals- Assist with classroom management, including behavior management and discipline- Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their well-being throughout the daySkills:- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting- Knowledge of lesson planning and curriculum development- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with parents, colleagues, and other staff members- Understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education- Patience, empathy, and the ability to work well with diverse groups of children Pay: DOEExpected hours: 25 per weekSchedule:Monday to FridayNo weekends
