Little Stars Family Learning Academy in Kissimmee, FL is looking for one pre-k and kindergarten teacher to join our 6 person strong team. We are located on 2422 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.Responsibilities Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards. Lead by example; encourage the teaching team towards success through modeling and coaching. Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to actively engage children and encourage social, cognitive, spiritual and emotional growth Maintain frequent progress reports for each child. Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met. Ensure a healthy classroom environment including maintaining appropriate hygiene and cleanliness standards and safety and security of children. Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvementAttend meeting frequently . QualificationsBachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education (must)Bilingual (preferred)45 DCF Mandatory hours (must)CDA Credential with Pre-K training hours (must)First Aid and CPRFDLE fingerprintWe are looking forward to receiving your application.
