You’ll have the opportunity to shape, together with the team, our recruitment processes, best practices, and culture. You will join a highly talented and motivated team and have a broad impact across the company and stakeholders. You’llOwn full-cycle recruiting processes across different departments (technical, commercial, and operational roles)Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers by developing and driving sourcing strategies to recruit top-quality diverse talentOptimize and coordinate operational process flows and identify ways to deliver a consistent, scalable, and amazing recruitment experience to all stakeholdersManage overall data integrity within our ATS & leverage data to drive decisionsHelp manage and execute the onboarding of our new teammates.About youWe are looking for someone with:2+ years of experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for tech companies, across different departments and functional areasA deep focus on culture, and motivation and ability to find, identify, and hire high-quality diverse teammates with an amazing combination of technical and soft skillsThe ability to provide a best-in-class experience to our candidates and hiring managers, and communicate effectively with them throughout the recruitment processPrioritization skills to swiftly navigate through competing demands and take appropriate actionInterest in going outside of their scope and wearing different hats depending on the priorities at handAttention to detail and methodicalness, who takes a lot of care and pride in their workA strong interest in climate tech and motivation towards our missionWhat we offerA stimulating, fun, and caring work environment with high drive and ambitionOpportunity to join an early-stage climate tech startup with global aspirationsCompetitive compensation, including a very attractive employee option programUnlimited PTO & flexible working scheduleA remote-first setup.
