System Administrator

Work Hours: 10 AM - 8 PMJob Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to manage and maintain our Azure, Office 365, and POS systems across 20 flower store locations in New York. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in network security, firewalls, networking, and the administration of Office 365 and POS systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain Azure and Office 365 environments.Administer and support our POS systems across all store locations.Ensure network security by implementing and managing firewalls and other security measures.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.Provide technical support and training to store staff as needed.Implement and manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity plans.Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve our systems.Qualifications:Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and POS systems.Expertise in network security, including firewalls and other protective measures.Solid understanding of networking concepts and technologies.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are a plus.Benefits:Competitive salaryHealth insurancePaid time offOpportunities for professional development
