Customer Service to our membersAssist with class scheduling and billingWork in a sales capacity to sell new membershipsComfortable with phone, email, and in-person member communicationPerform light cleaning duties throughout the facility as scheduled Primary Responsibilities for Swim Instructor/Lifeguard Staff:Provide swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculumEnforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents. Make rescues and administer first aid when necessaryEvaluate students progress and completes required paperwork in a timely mannerInteract with parents/guardians on the activities and development of students swim skillsAttend mandatory workshops and in-service paid training outside of regular working hours Primary Responsibilities for Deck Supervisor Position:Use problem solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges that students encounterInspect pool areas before and after each class for possible maintenance, cleanliness or damage issues. Reports issues to management as appropriateParticipate in setup and clean up of the pool area before and after shifts by: maintaining proper storage of pool equipment, placing and removing lane lines, clearing out skimmer baskets, and participating in pre and post shift meetingsReport accidents and incidents to management. Complete required documentation and paperworkPerform light cleaning duties such as window washing, deck mopping, trash removal etc. Attend mandatory workshops and in-service paid training outside of regular working hoursOther duties and responsibilities as needed Job Qualifications and Skills:Ability to work with childrenExcellent communication and organizational skillsHigh energyStrong work ethic About Goldfish Swim School:Goldfish Swim School has been an industry leader in the swim lesson community since 2006.
