Summer Camp Counselor

Assist with the implementation of 8 weeks of Summer Exploration Camp at Galena Creek Recreation Area. These Environmental Science camps use STEAM-based curriculum to immerse 7-17 year old kids and help teach independence! This position starts May 20th and will finish out August 10th. This is an AmeriCorps term position (450 hrs). Counselors will guide kids on excursions, lead them through hands-on activities and experiences, and help create once-in-a-lifetime memories.Topics vary from Geology to Ecosystems, cultural history to animal adaptations.
