Job descriptionStretchLab Shorewood is seeking experienced Exercises Science Majors, Kinesiology Majors, Athletic Training Majors, Personal Trainers, Physical Therapists, Rehab Technicians, Massage Therapists, or Dance/Yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team of Flexologists! You will be working one-on-one with our members and clients to deliver assisted stretch services in our beautiful, open studio environment. If this is you, apply now! StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist training program quickly established our brand as the industry leader in offering one-on-one assisted stretching. Upon hiring, we will pay for your Flexologist training program, and provide you with clients!POSITION:We are looking for qualified candidates for our Flexologist team to deliver 1-on-1 assisted stretching services to enhance our client's day-to-day lives. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about health & wellness and determined to help others achieve a higher quality of life.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions while motivating clients and managing client long-term programmingDeliver top tier stretching experiencesBook clients weekly recurring appointmentsUpdate client notes consistentlyMaximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, outreach to lapsed membersEnsure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rulesAttend staff meetings and required educational presentationsClean and maintain all equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given timeQUALIFICATIONS:MUST have a prior credential, certification, degree in the following areas:Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist / PTA, Dance, Pilates, Yoga Instructor, Health and Wellness Major, Fitness coach, kinesiology degree, certification or relevant degree.
