Staff Accountant

Growing Accounting & Tax prep firm in West Henrico seeking a Seasoned Accountant to work with small business clients in a professional environment. Will be responsible for a wide variety of business clients with their monthy and quarterly write-up, payroll and tax reporting. Individual must be:Highly proficient in Quickbooks Desktop as well as Quickbooks Online.Proficient with the payroll reporting process. Be a quick study with new software and be willing to work in a paperless environment with the most recent technology BE a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with a team in a sometimes fast paced environment with an emphasis on quality and accuracy.Must have sound interpersonal, communication, organization and analytic skills. Supervisory experience a plus.Must have at least basic accounting course work, an associates degree in accounting or better is preferred. 3 years or more experience in a similar position preferred.
