We are seeking an experienced and creative Sous Chef & Line Cooks to help work with our culinary team across multiple restaurants. This is an extraordinary opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise and make a significant impact on our diverse dining experiences and grow with the company.We operate 5 different concept restaurants on the South Shore all with scratch kitchens. Summer time on the beach at The Parrot, Norwell center at The Tinker's Son our Irish Pub, Galley in Scituate Harbor, Trident Galley & Raw Bar in Hingham Shipyard and bia bistro an old ship captains home turned restaurant in Cohasset Village.Sous Chef Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations while the Chef is off, ensuring high-quality and consistent dishes.Help in the development and execute menus that delight and excite our guests, catering to various cuisines and dietary preferences.Help mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, as well as budgetary constraints.Qualifications:Proven track record as a Sous Chef or high-level culinary leadership role.Knowledge of various international cuisines and ability to adapt to evolving food trends.Strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire the culinary team across multiple locations.Impeccable organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple restaurant kitchens efficiently.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of culinary experience.Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred.Experience managing multiple restaurants or outlets is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a commitment to excellence.Join us in shaping unforgettable dining experiences across our restaurants.
