Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and have a knack for creating engaging, informative, and visually appealing content across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This role involves accompanying our team to events, capturing moments through photography and videography, and designing graphics that align with our brand identity. The goal is to increase our online visibility, engage with our audience, and contribute to our firm's growth through organic social media strategies.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.Attend firm events and capture high-quality photographs and videos for content creation.Create and schedule engaging, informative, and visually appealing posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.Design graphics, infographics, and other marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.Monitor analytics to gauge the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and tools.Collaborate with our team to ensure brand consistency and to brainstorm new ideas for content.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar role.Excellent photography and videography skills, with a portfolio to demonstrate your expertise.Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in Canva or similar design software.Ability to create compelling written and visual content that speaks to our target audience.Knowledge of social media analytics and ability to interpret and act on data.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Familiarity with the legal industry is a plus but not required.Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.Why Join Us?You will be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team dedicated to providing exceptional legal services.
