The ideal candidate will be a college student enrolled in a relevant program such as digital marketing, communications, or social media management. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing while working with a passionate team in the sporting industry.Responsibilities:Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn, to increase brand awareness and engagement.Create compelling and original content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with our brand's voice and values.Monitor and engage with our audience across all social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platforms, and best practices, and adapt our strategies accordingly.Utilize analytics tools to measure the performance of our social media efforts and provide regular reports to management.Assist in the development and execution of influencer marketing strategies.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a college program related to digital marketing, communications, social media management, or a similar field.Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to our brand's voice and tone.Proficiency in creating engaging visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.Passion for the sporting industry and a willingness to learn about sporting clays and our target audience.This part-time position offers a flexible schedule to accommodate your college coursework.
