You'll be responsible for developing and executing a winning social media strategy that amplifies our brand voice, builds our social following and communities, and achieves our marketing goals.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for multiple city-related content websites, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.- Create engaging and informative content calendars, including eye-catching Carousel ads, video reels, and written posts.- Curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to engage target audiences, spark conversations, and encourage social sharing.- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating and engaging our online communities.- Craft persuasive ad copy that entices users to click through to our website(s).- Manage and maintain our social media presence, including posting content, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with our audience.- Analyze social media data and identify trends to optimize content performance and campaign effectiveness.- Further grown our website and social media following through newsletters, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.- Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.Qualifications:-2+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.-Proven track record of creating engaging social media content that drives results.-Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Suite) a plus.-Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of persuasive copywriting.-Knowledge with the ability to interpret social media data and translate insights into actionable strategies.-Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.-Passion for social media and a deep understanding of current trends and platforms-Experience with creating video content (e.g., Reels, Stories)-Experience with email marketing platformsIf you are interested in working in a fun, fast-paced work environment and receiving training that will take your social media skills to the next level, reply to this posting with your resume and cover letter.
