Content Development: Regularly produce and curate engaging social media content tailored to the specific needs of each market within the region, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives. Collaboration and Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between local marketing teams, external agencies, and freelancers to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution. Performance Management: Oversee the planning, publication, and analysis of social media campaigns, optimising strategies based on performance data and regional feedback. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders across the region to support business objectives and enhance the user experience. Training and Development: Lead initiatives to educate and empower local marketing teams, enhancing their capabilities in social selling and digital engagement. RequisitosMinimum of 4 years' experience in social media management, preferably in a regional or global role. Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies and campaigns. Proficient with CMS platforms and familiar with the latest digital marketing tools and trends. Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams. Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret extensive data to drive strategy and decision-making. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Proficient in English; proficiency in another European language is highly advantageous.
