They tailor advanced cybersecurity strategies to align with a company's business processes and provide high precision tools and adaptable products. WISE specializes in developing cybersecurity solutions transferable to SMEs lacking cybersecurity infrastructure. Their Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) delivers comprehensive solutions covering technological, legal, and organizational aspects to prevent, respond to, and recover from cyber threats across various industries.RoleWe are looking for people with technical education (Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent) with minimum 1 year of experience monitoring security events in L2. Fluent in English and Spanish will be necessary. Candidates who provide understanding of incident management cycle would be ideal, as well as experience and knowledge of: Managament of security tools: SIEM, firewalls, etc.Installation and user training on security tools in the EndPoint.Security monitoring. Azure Sentinel, CloudApp Security, SOPHOS.Ticketing tool: JIRA.Microsoft 365 security.Communications and networks security.Any of the following would be a plus:Have relevant certifications: CISA, CISSP, CEH, AZ-900, AZ-500, etc.Masters Degree in Cybersecurity.QualificationsReview and analyze events from various security devices (NIDS, HIDS, IDS, IPS, firewall, WAF, SIEM etc.). Level 1/2 of incidents.User support for security-related incidents.EndPoint security management.Mail quarantine management.What they offerType of contract: indefinite full-time contract (from Monday to Friday).Location: Madrid, Barcelona, Pamplona, Zaragoza (full remote from other locations is possible).Salary: to determinate.Flexible Compensation Plan (food card, transport card, medical insurance and training).
