As a Sleep Coach, you will be responsible for guiding customers through our unique sleep consultation process, understanding their needs, and recommending personalized sleep solutions that align with our values of innovation, integrity, and community. As a Sales Leader, you'll inspire and lead our sales team to exceed targets while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities:Expert-Guided Sleep Consultations: Conduct personalized consultations with customers to understand their sleep needs, preferences, and challenges. Utilize your expertise to recommend suitable mattress and sleep solutions tailored to individual requirements.Sales Leadership: Lead by example to inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance team performance and product knowledge.Customer Experience: Ensure every customer interaction is positive, informative, and memorable. Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly and effectively.Product Knowledge and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and sleep science advancements. Share your expertise with customers and team members to drive product innovation and differentiation.Integrity and Ethics: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all interactions.
