For this project, we are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for all the activities related to the Office migration on the technical side worldwide.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Establish and maintain project plan (MS Project) and initiate project mobilization by confirming project scope, estimate, resources, roles, and responsibilities
Management of all details related to connectivity, comms rooms / DCs or devices , including the meetings with the sites and the teams who will design the technical details of the establishing of the new offices
PMO role coordinating, keeping track of all of the tasks, following up and communicating across all sites involved in the transition
Establish project governance, managing risks and issues
Direct outputs of the project team, ensuring overall success of project and effective use of resources
Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services
Ensure appropriate use of project management methods and tools
Provide project reporting including overall performance of the project and project completion documentation
Requirements
Previous experience movement or construction projects in the area of IT and understand the related requirements in such areas
Infrastructure topics and sites transition experience
A service-oriented mindset and always striving to deliver on tasks and projects
Ability to work independently as well as willing to follow directions and best practices
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent English (written and spoken) communication skills
Friendly, supportive and flexible personality with quick learning ability
Good team player with planning and organizing skills & multi-task
Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than 3 months
