ServiceNow HR Product Manager

Job Description:We are looking for a talented ServiceNow HR Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR processes and regulations, as well as experience in managing large-scale HR technology projects. As a ServiceNow HR Product Manager, you will work closely with HR stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to define product requirements, develop roadmaps, and drive the successful implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions. Fully remote EST hours, SAFe agile certification required.Responsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions for federal HR.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize feature development.Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans.Work closely with IT teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions.Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify areas for improvement.Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
