Job OverviewEnagic Service Department is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and cleaning Enagic water filtration machines. Schedule is Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm with a day off within the week. Responsibilities and dutiesComplete preventive maintenance prerequisites on equipment like motors, pumps, and pneumatic tools thereby ensuring smooth operation of such machines and mechanical gadgets.Follows manufacturers instructions, engineering specifications, sketches, operation manuals, and diagrams, to diagnose and troubleshoot abnormalities if any.Identify sources of complications by observing devices while in operation and tune in for issues by utilizing accuracy and inspection instruments.Identifies changes in dimensional prerequisites by examining utilized parts, rules, and other measuring appliances.QualificationsTroubleshooting tasksComplete repairs quickly and accurately Customer service skillsManaging processesHigh level of ownership, accountability, and initiativeWelcoming and helpful attitude
