This position will play a crucial role in the success of the company.As a Senior UX/UI Product Designer you will have the opportunity to lead the design direction of the product and create intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that delight our users across mobile apps, web, and our own Display.The ideal candidate has the technical acumen to craft delightful experiences, communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, has excellent time management abilities, and is passionate about having an impact on users. What you´ll doProductConduct user research to understand user needs, motivations, and behaviors.Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and ideas.Design elegant, intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand identity and product vision.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.Ecom & MarketingDesign visual assets to support campaigns.Design and creation of visual assets to drive our email marketing and social strategyRequisitosBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.At least 3 years of experience as a UX/UI designer for a consumer app.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.Familiarity with agile development methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Dedicated and ethical approach.
