As a pivotal member of our Project Management Team, you will spearhead projects related to PatientKeeper’s software suites, ensuring they are executed within the designated timeline, budget, and scope. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product implementations. Acting as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, your goal will be to uphold high standards of quality and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Develop, organize, and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and monitor the overall success of projects.Lead virtual and/or in-person presentations and training sessions for both clients and internal teams.Communicate regularly on project status to all stakeholders, including key participants and executive sponsors, to maintain transparency and provide timely updates.Uphold rigorous project documentation and adhere to PatientKeeper’s project management standards.Proactively identify, document, and facilitate the resolution of any client issues, escalations, and project risks, ensuring smooth project delivery.Foster interdepartmental collaboration to guarantee successful project completions and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Manage multiple technology projects simultaneously, prioritizing timely and cost-effective delivery.Record software/hardware issues and solutions, and strategically plan new releases to minimize impact on clients.Continually refine workflows based on client feedback and enhance processes and product offerings based on project results and insights.RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of progressive project management experience in the healthcare IT industry.Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.PMP or CMP certification is strongly preferred.Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills, both verbal and written.Solid technical acumen, with a good understanding of software/hardware interfaces and technological support.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and equivalent Google Suite applications.Familiarity with Salesforce, Smartsheet, Jira, or other project management tools is advantageous.Strong prioritization, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time. The salary range that Commure reasonably expects to pay for this position is $135,000 - $155,000. Actual salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications.
