While the role is fully hands-on from the start, we expect you to gradually transition into a leadership role as our marketing department grows.RoleThe ideal candidate has the technical acumen to define and execute an acquisition and retention growth plan, communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, has excellent time management abilities, and is passionate about having an impact on users.You are accountable for acquisition and retention funnel performance. In particular:Set up, scale, and optimize the acquisition and conversion funnel to turn leads into customersCreate and execute a sustainable digital paid acquisition strategy.Develop the analytics stack that helps us understand product usage, and supports our product development process.Get under the skin of our target customers: Understand and experience their problems, their needs, desires, and their willingness to pay through interviews, analytics, surveys, and in-field user testing.Define and execute the plans and campaigns.Qualifications3+ years of performance marketing experience running digital marketing campaigns via Meta, Google Search Ads, or similar platforms.You have solved the problem of comparing different acquisition channels and optimizing budget allocation between them.You have set up a marketing stack to understand product usage and satisfaction across different cohorts using Adjust, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.Ideally, you have worked in a D2C startup and have successfully solved similar challenges.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.You have an empirical approach to making decisions: you develop strong hypotheses, design experiments to test them, interpret the results, and communicate your findings to the rest of the teamYou drive autonomy, proactivity, and ownership. You actively expand your comfort zone by exploring new or unfamiliar tasksDedicated and ethical approach.
