About the Role:
OLAPLEX is seeking an experienced, energetic, and detail-oriented Senior Manager of Tradeshows and Events to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all aspects of our North American tradeshows and events. In this role, the Senior Manager of Tradeshows and Events is responsible for the entire event lifecycle, including conceptualization and planning, key leader alignment, logistics management, marketing and promotions, execution, and post-event reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful tradeshow event management, preferably in the beauty industry. Event Planning:

Partner with channel, marketing, education and creative leads to implement strategic vision for event
Create comprehensive event plans, aligned by brand and channel strategy, and including timelines and budgets
Secure appropriate venues and manage all vendor contracts
Optimize exhibit spaces to ensure maximum engagement




Booth Management:

Leverage the brand guide and event objections to develop booth design proposals for each event
Coordinate with external partners to ensure management of budget, timelines and production
Provide guidance for booth considerations at key events




Logistics Management:

Coordinate all logistical aspects, including shipping, setup, and teardown
Handle travel and accommodation arrangements
Arrange for on-site services as needed
Manage event budget and assets




Event Execution:

Communicate detailed execution guides to all those attending trade shows
Ensure on-site operations run smoothly and efficiently
Address all vendor needs and logistics issues promptly




Post-Event Reporting:

Gather feedback from attendees and stakeholders
Prepare comprehensive post-event reports
Analyze event data to inform future planning and strategy



About You:

5+ years of experience. Beauty industry event experience preferred but not required
BA Degree OR relevant experience
Proven track record of meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience in PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Detail oriented with a dedication to quality work and high degree of accuracy
Ability to cultivate relationships with internal team members and senior management
Thrive in a dynamic atmosphere and tight timelines

Our Total Rewards:
The annual base pay for this position is $120,000 - $140,000 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, years of relevant experience, skill level, functional expertise, certificates or other professional licenses held and geographic location.
