Scheduler

This employee helps our mid-sized arborist service by booking and scheduling large numbers of botanical insecticide treatments for tree care customers in Boulder County. Enters work orders, maintains database and spreadsheets, contacts customers, routes crews. At the end of each day, enters data for billing and then updates records.Must be smart and polite, able and willing to look at the big picture, anticipate problems and head them off. Must have at least 1 year of college. Must be willing to work late on occasion. 23 to 28 per hour, 40 hrs. per week, average.**This is a temporary position, to start.** We only need help through the summer months at this time.
