Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Provide training and support to users on the Salesforce platform. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements. Maintain data integrity and security of the Salesforce platform. Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with other technology team members to integrate Salesforce with other systems. RequisitosA successful 'Salesforce Consultant' should have: A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Proven experience with Salesforce platform and its functionalities. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues. Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams. An ability to lead projects and work independently. Knowledge of industrial/manufacturing sector would be beneficial.
