Perform a high volume of outbound sales calls to customers to interact with them and identify their needs or issuesClarify information and provide recommendations and solutions to customers via telephone callsBuild positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of a companyStrive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer servicePlace outbound calls to customers to promote new products and servicesComplete call notes and call reports as necessary and update them in the databaseObtain and evaluate all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiriesKeep a high level of knowledge about existing products and servicesAnd other tasksKey expectations:
Previous experience with Outbound calls, including managing cold calls functionsStrong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skillsExcellent communication skills with active listeningCustomer focus and adaptability to different personality typesStrong problem-solving and excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyAbility to handle stressful situation appropriatelyExcellent written and verbal English language skillsProficient in relevant computer applications
Salary: 500-650 $/mon. net
