Job Title: Farmers Market Sales AssociateGeneral Description: Are you passionate about cider or making people happy? Join Liberty Ciderworks as a Farmers Market Sales Associate and imagine delighting customers with our quality cider! This seasonal role is perfect for recent graduates, retirees, or anyone interested in quality and community. We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to represent our brand at weekly farmers markets in the Spokane area.Schedule & Hours: Approximately 7 hours per week per market. Two markets available Tuesday 1pm 8pm and Saturday 7am 2pm. Season: May - October.We value work-life balance for our employees and aim to hire an awesome group of team-players for the 2024 season to ensure time-off needs are met for everyone.Compensation & Benefits: Hourly plus commission. $17/hour plus opportunity for commission on sales.Required Qualifications: Commitment to all market shifts during the season Comfortable talking with people of diverse backgrounds Self-motivated with initiative Outstanding communication skills Ability to communicate boundaries Ability to lift 30 pounds Age 21 or older Access to a vehicle with valid insurance MAST-12 certificate or ability to obtain oneResponsibilities: Transportation: Delivering market materials to the location Market set-up: Erecting the booth and arranging products Attending to the Market Booth: Engaging customers, handling transactions Market breakdown: Packing up and clearing the booth Return: Returning materials to Liberty Ciderworks headquarters Recordkeeping: Maintaining accurate records of samples, sales, and inventoryTo Apply: Please respond with your resume and cover letter addressing your interest and qualifications to Sales Director Jamie Pratt.
