Sales associate

The retail sales associate will guide customers through the shopping process, from initial greeting to final purchase. Open up and close store front. Welcome and interact with customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, shares product knowledge and providing outstanding customer service. Creates or updates customer profile records. Processes purchases and returns, managing financial transactions, balancing drawers and achieving established goals.
