You sell a variety of products, provide top-notch customer service, hit sales goals, and take pride in the cleanliness of our salon. You excel at your job and hit your goals every month. This is due to your positive attitude, determination and drive, as well as our in-depth training program from which you learned how to sell, use our software, and work with clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support store management team in overall efforts of the store's performance and appearanceGreeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with products and services and providing outstanding customer serviceDirects new customers by giving them a tour of the salon and offering memberships, packages and productsHelps customer make selections by building customer rapport, offering suggestions and opinionsSuperior product and equipment knowledgeHitting monthly personal goals, goes the extra mile to increase store salesKeeps clientele educated and informed, notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interestProcess POS purchases, documents and updates customer profile and records to comply with health department requirementsOperating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawersComply with inventory control proceduresMaintain overall cleanliness of store, daily chores and weekly deep cleans of assigned roomsAttends monthly store meetings (held on Sunday's)Report on maintenance issuesGENERAL SKILL AND COMPETENCIES:Professional appearance and behaviorAbility to build rapport with customers and co-workersBasic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
