We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Phone Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our nitro infusion and water carbonation products over the phone to established and potential customers. This is a M-F position working at our manufacturing facility in Burnsville MN.Responsibilities:1. Outbound Calls - Conduct outbound calls to established and potential customers and introduce them to our nitro infusion and sparkling water equipment product lines. Please note this is not cold calling with a majority of interaction with established customers.2. Product Knowledge - Develop a deep understanding of our dispensing products, including their technical advantages, unique advantages and different dispensing methods. Effectively communicate their unique qualities and benefits to customers.3. Customer Engagement - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust to enhance the sales process and customer satisfaction.4. Sales Pitch - Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each customer, highlighting the features and benefits of our dispensing products to drive sales.5. Order Processing - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected and entered into the system correctly.6. Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on sales orders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.7. Sales Targets - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management, demonstrating a proactive approach to achieving individual and team sales goals.8. Documentation - Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including customer interactions, sales orders, and follow-up communications, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.9. Collaboration - Collaborate closely with colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer service departments to coordinate efforts and maximize sales opportunities.Requirements:1. Passion for Coffee - Genuine passion for specialty coffee and a desire to share that passion with others.2. Excellent Communication Skills - Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and deliver compelling sales pitches over the phone.3. Sales Aptitude - Natural sales ability with a confident and persuasive demeanor, coupled with resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and closing sales.4.
