Overview:We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Duties:- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients- Leading product demos, attending occasional tradeshows- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities- Update social media accounts- Help run promotions and marketing campaignsRequirements:- Service industry experience or knowledge of the ice cream/gelato industry is a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies- Proficiency in Spanish or Italian is a plus- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus- Ability to work independently as well as part of a teamSome travel to trade shows at companies expense.
