We are seeking sales professionals that are looking for fully remote work and are able to be self-sufficient. The pay structure is a flat 10% commission across the board on any and all sales. Duties:- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns- Establish and build relationships with clients, follow up with leads, upselling clients, and capture referrals- Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services to prospective customers- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and share market insights- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information Ideal Candidates:- Proven experience in solution-oriented sales and account management- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships- Demonstrated success in business development and achieving sales targets- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic, responsibility, and accountability.- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth-Ability to drive external business development to generate brand awareness and create community and referral relationships.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Willingness to learn and grow If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you!
