Registered Behavior Technician

Registered Behavior Technician Alight Behavioral provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy to children on the autism spectrum. We are hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy sessions, utilizing positive reinforcement and behavior modification techniques to teach new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. We are seeking providers who are highly motivated, energetic, fun, and flexible to add to our team. We have positions open for those who are new to the field as well as experienced RBTs and ABA Therapists. Full and part time positions are available. We offer high-level training to help providers advance in this exciting and rewarding field.Job Duties:1:1 therapy sessionsImplement discrete trial/natural environment programsTeach play skills and social skillsTeach self-help skillsDocument session outcomesGraph behavior and acquisition dataProvide behavior support within group settingsCollaborate with Speech Therapists, OTs, PTs, etc.Requirements:Previous ABA experience preferredExcellent referencesRBT preferred, however we are willing to assist you in attaining RBT status.Job Type: Part-timeSalary: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
