Duración de la oferta: hasta el 09/06/2024.FuncionesWhat you’ll be doing: - Recruiting exceptional A-players to join Revolut's rapidly-growing team - Collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile - Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience - Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool - Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs - Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates, selling Revolut as an employer of choice - Driving the offer process and closing candidates - Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market - Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methodsRequisitosWhat you'll need: - 4+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter - Experience hiring software engineering roles (both IC and Manager levels) - Experience with ATS and recruitment analytics tools - Outstanding collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and Hiring Managers - Impeccable organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills - High attention to detail - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - High ambition, self-motivation, and passion about our vision - Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Nice to have: - Experience in a recruitment agency or hyper-growth startup
