Real Estate Leasing Agent

Myunits.com is a top producing real estate brokerage specializing in small apartment buildings headquartered out of Burbank, CA. We provide our clients with sales and leasing services for properties all over the greater Los Angeles area. Currently we are looking to bring on two experienced and go-getter Leasing Agents to join our dynamic team of real estate professionals!We are looking for energetic individuals that enjoy working autonomously and being part of the real estate industry. We are an exciting company to be part of as we are growing tremendously. In fact we are growing so rapidly that we feed our Leasing Agents all of the leads and no lead generation is required! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants either a full or part time position with a little flexibility, as you create your own schedule! This is a commission only position and currently our Leasing Agents can make anywhere from $40,000 to $80,000 per year based on personal performance.Responsibilities Include:Marketing properties to listing sites (photographing and writing unit descriptions)Fielding all calls, texts, and emails from prospective tenantsShowing unitsCollecting applications and tenant documentationDrafting lease agreementsManaging and overseeing move in's & move out'sCommunication with property manager for updatesTracking showings and weekly email updatesRequired Skills and Experience:Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailMust have a strong work ethic and desire for professional growthOwn form of transportationReal estate licensePassion for real estate (a plus!)This is a full or part time position (depending on how many properties youd like to take on).Locations:Interested?
