QA Engineer

This role requires someone passionate about delivering outstanding products, who wants to have a meaningful role and make an impact.Some of Your Responsibilities and Core Duties will include:Writing, maintaining, executing, and monitoring mobile and web automation tests that are integrated within our CI/CD pipeline, ensuring appropriate coverage based on project scope and impactLeading and supporting the growth of our QA team, encouraging a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices in automated testingAnalyzing and optimizing functional test coverage and effectiveness, collaborating with developers to improve testing processesImproving end-to-end tests for efficiency and maintainability, ensuring API test suites work effectively in CIWriting advanced load testing scenarios using tools like JMeter and analyzing performance data to inform test improvementsMentoring junior engineers, providing support and constructive feedback for improvements, and advocating for coding standards and design patterns across the teamCommunicating effectively across teams, ensuring quality standards are understood and implemented, and collaborating to enhance testing methodologies and toolsThe Experience and Key Skills you will have: At least 4+ years experience writing and executing tests, including using automated testing tools for web and/or mobile applications including bug tracking tools (such as Jira) and virtual development environments (e.g. Docker) Expertise in mobile or web testing frameworks and tools, with hands-on experience in at least one of the leading technologiesDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and project deliverablesExperience in technical testing of complex systems and ability to identify when to use a design pattern and implement changes with best practices and SOLID principlesAdept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders, promoting a product quality mindset, and facilitating team development and mentorshipStrong verbal and written English communication skillsAbility to react and respond quickly and effectively Willingness to invest time and energy into learning new technologies, processes, and tasksThe Interview Process:Online interview with the Senior Talent Partner and a Senior QA EngineerFinal online interview with the Head of QA and an Engineering ManagerBe comfortable.
