Job descriptionAbout the National Brain Injury InstituteThe National Brain Injury Institute is a specialty medical practice dedicated to the diagnosis, management, and treatment of traumatic brain injury. We are seeking a long-term team member for this office;Duties:As Psych Test Technician:Administer and score psychological and neuropsychological tests for patients.Perform scoring of the tests that are administered to the patients.Add the test scores into a report templateAs Medical AssistantWill be trainedand conduct the following appointments: CTE, FU, LCPI, TBISPatient intake and dischargePrepare visit reports for each patientMaintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointmentsDocument status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral TrackerAssist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperworkOrder office supplies as neededContact patients at least 1-2 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link, if applicableRequirementsBilingual, fluent Spanish/English is required for this positionGraduate / Degree in Psychology is a mustMust be tech-savvy and have knowledge of working in cloud-based software like G-Suite (Google)Must be a team player and efficientOffice Address: 2915 Telegraph Ave, Ste 302, Berkeley, CA 94705BenefitsFull time hourly position9am-5pm schedule, Mon-Fri14 days PTO4 Mental Health Days (1 per Quarter)6 paid holidays in addition to PTOVertical movement for motivated/driven individualsFriendly and fun work environment$22/hour subject to periodic review at intervals determined at NBIIs sole discretion
