Please visit our website (https://www.steppingstoneclinicmn.com) for more information about our clinics integrative model.Position Overview:Administering and scoring psychological testing batteries in a timely manner.Actively engage with patients and create relationships based on trust and respect to help support patients in meeting their goals.Learn clinic operation basics to assist in the smooth function of the patient experience.Help schedule follow-up appointments.Lead rounds with providers to go over upcoming testing services.Facilitate the next steps of care by faxing and/or sending patient records.Timely audits of patient records for closure of care.Required QualificationsPrior experience administering intellectual and neuropsychic evaluationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks effectively.Genuine compassion for creating a safe and supportive environment for new patients.Empathetic and patient approach, understanding the unique needs of individuals seeking mental health services.Bachelors degree preferred or qualifying experience.Great opportunity for graduate students or those interested in psychological and neuropsychological/neurodevelopmental testing.Part-time or contract available (at increased pay rate).Higher pay rate for those with previous testing experience.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability, veterans, or other status unrelated to job qualifications.Job Types: Part-time, ContractSalary: $16.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 20 per weekBenefits: Employee discountFlexible scheduleTuition reimbursement Schedule: Day shiftWeekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Minneapolis, MN 55423
