ICB builds and remodels homes and multi-unit residences throughout the greater Seattle area. Our primary office is located on Mercer Island.SummaryAs a Project Engineer, the position will assist management and have responsibility for budgeting, project planning and personnel. managing the triple constraints of cost (the project budget), time (the schedule for the project to reach completion) and scope (the tasks required to fulfil the projects goals).The ideal candidates will be organized, efficient, with excellent attention to detail and able to excel in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. A successful applicant will have experience in construction and be comfortable in the office or on a construction site.
