Project Coordinator

The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the owners of Excel, be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals, as well as working with other team members. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success through strong clerical and data entry support. This is an in-person position at our Maple Grove office.ResponsibilitiesWork with Project Managers to develop, drive, and implement project goalsProvide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to team membersManage communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for projectsEstablish partnerships cross-functionally as necessary to ensure project successPerform data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and general filing of office documents.Assist in the preparation of presentations to customers.Code freight bills and enter credit card charges.Enter payables and receive vendor costs.Enter receivables in customer EDI.Follow closing processes of jobs/projects.QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detailAbility to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customersAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentExpertise in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in ExcelExcel is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will not discriminate against any applicant for employment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or veteran status.
