Project Assistant

We are a dynamic company experiencing a growth pattern that is out pacing our current staff. This position requires a multifaceted individual that can learn a variety of tasks to assist with overflow workload in at least two departments - Project Manager and Chief Operations Officer.This position requires the desire to learn exceptional problem solving and communication skills with our customer base in a thoughtful and proactive manner. Covering for departments during vacations and PTO days off.We have outgrown our current building and will be moving soon to a new location. This position will require the candidate to assist in the logistics of the move.ET&T Distributors is a 24 year old woman owned company with a family vibe and a corporate minded direction in a modern day environment.The candidate will need to be able to bob and weave as we morph into our next chapter.Only candidates who are willing, able, and open to adapting to our changing culture will be considered. The candidate will learn a variety of skills including finance, project estimating, time management, problem solving, customer service, logistics, and digitizing company records.Exceptional computer skills required to navigate CRM platform, QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, Google applications, and third party platforms.
